In the lodge = the posterior fossa of the cranial box, posterior to the brainstem, under the occipital lobes of the cerebral hemispheres, from which it is separated by a conjunctive-fibrous membrane of the cerebral dura mater, called the cerebellar tent = an outgrowth of the dura mater. Located behind the bulb and the bridge, with which it delimits the ventricular cavity IV = dilation of the gray commissure upwards at the level of the brainstem. In the terminal part of the spinal cord at the level of the terminal filum form the ventricle V = terminal ventricle.
